Every meaningful relationship begins with a conversation.
Whether you're reaching out about speaking, therapy, Her Mind Matters, or simply want to say hello, thank you for taking the time. I read every message and appreciate every opportunity to connect.
I keep a small caseload—a handful of high-functioning women doing the deepest version of this work. Those openings are rare, but the work itself isn't.
Every clinician at Navesink Wellness Center is trained in The Woods Method, so the same philosophy guides every therapy room.
If you're interested in working with me personally, reach out through the Contact page. Otherwise, you can request a consultation with one of our clinicians for in-person therapy throughout New Jersey or virtual sessions statewide.
Most therapy begins with talking.
The Woods Method begins with the body—because after years of holding everything together, insight can't fully land in a nervous system that's still living in survival mode.
We regulate first.
Then we explore where the over-functioning began, what the caretaking was protecting, and when "I'm fine" became an automatic response.
Only then do we begin reclaiming the woman beneath the roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
It's not a different kind of therapy so much as a different order of operations.
And for the women I work with, the order changes everything.
Not at all.
The book stands on its own, and for many women, that's enough.
It was written for the woman who may never sit on a therapist's couch but recognizes herself in these pages anyway.
If it opens something you'd like to explore more deeply, you'll know exactly where to find us.
Visit the Contact page and select either Speaking & Events or Media & Press, then share a few details about your event or opportunity.

Yes.
I'm currently developing training for clinicians who want to bring this framework into their own practice.
If you're interested, reach out through the Contact page. I'd love to know who's interested as the program continues to take shape.
